Research Article
For my Communication Studies Capstone I wrote a qualitative article entitled "Job Interview Communication Behaviors of Graduating Seniors." This research provides an up-to-date look at the phenomenon of current graduating seniors and what they are doing to help or hurt their chances of getting a job in an interview setting. 12 interviews were conducted with individuals that frequently interview graduating seniors. The interviews lasted anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour with the average being around half an hour. Braun and Clark's (2006) method of Thematic Analysis was utilized to synthesize the information.
